Damaged items.. Our products are all inspected before shipment. Should you receive an item that is damaged, rest assured we stand behind our product to be as advertised. Should you find it otherwise, please notify us upon arrival, and we will issue you instructions for return. You will be given a refund for full amount including shipping as soon as product is returned and inspected. Returned item must be in same condition as shipped with all tags still on the garment. Damaged returns must be received by us postmarked within 7 days and be in same condition as shipped to qualify for a full money back guarantee.
Exchanges.* We also accept returns for Exchange. These items must be postmarked no later than 30 days after delivery date, with all tags still on the garment. Garment must be in same condition as shipped, new and unworn. Email us for your return instructions.
There may be a price differential on larger sizes. Note: We cannot guarantee an exchange for like garment in different sizing. If your new requested size is not available, we will issue you a refund for purchase price of garment or credit in our Store. Shipping and handling fees are neither refundable nor credited. New shipping charges apply for your exchanged garment and must be paid through Paypal, credit card or money order before garment can be shipped to you.
